Abfüller Informationen
Weingut Franz Haas: Via Villa 6, 39040 Montagna, Südtirol (IT)
The Pinot Bianco DOC Lepus 2022 from Franz Haas shines in a radiant straw yellow. The bouquet is intense and multi-layered, marked by aromas of ripe pears, apples, and a hint of citrus, complemented by floral notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and harmonious, with lively acidity and elegant minerality, finishing with a long, fresh aftertaste.
The Pinot Bianco grape variety is known for its delicate fruit character and balanced structure.
A unique feature of this wine is its partial fermentation in barriques, followed by five months of aging on the fine lees, which adds complexity and depth.
The grapes come from vineyards located between 400 and 800 meters above sea level, with soils ranging from light sand to heavy porphyry weathered rock.
