The Sauvignon DOC Fallwind 2024 from the St. Michael Eppan winery develops a wonderful personality that fascinates at first glance. The color is brilliant straw yellow, which is interspersed with soft greenish reflections. A first breath of his bouquet takes the senses to a lush garden, where ripe gooseberries, juicy grapefruits and fresh herbs sparkle in the sun.

On the palate, a lively melody of fresh acidity and fruity richness unfolds. Notes of citrus, passion fruit and a hint of peach dance on the tongue, accompanied by subtle mineral notes that give the wine depth and complexity. The pure origin of Sauvignon Blanc grapes underlines the purity and authenticity of this wine.

This gem from the sunny slopes of Überetsch and the lowlands is much more than just a wine. It is an homage to the region's craftsmanship and terroir, captured in every bottle.
