The Barbaresco DOCG 2022 from Angelo Gaja is an outstanding wine that embodies the essence of Piedmont. In the glass, it reveals a brilliant garnet red color. The bouquet is complex and seductive, with dominant aromas of rose petals, violets, and ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, underlined by fine spice notes and a hint of truffle.

On the palate, it shows impressive structure: powerful and yet elegant, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity leading to a long, harmonious finish. This wine is made from 100% of the noble Nebbiolo grape, renowned for its complex aromas and high aging potential. Typical for Nebbiolo are notes of rose, violet, and red fruits, accompanied by pronounced tannins and fresh acidity. Gaja’s Barbaresco stands out for its exceptional finesse and depth, giving it a truly distinctive character.
