Rosato del Salento IGT - 2023 vintage by Rosa del Golfo is an excellent rosé wine made primarily from the autochthonous Negroamaro grape, which is known for its intense color and aroma. The color of this wine is bright pink, which shines in the glass and reflects the freshness and liveliness of the wine.
On the nose, this rosé seduces with fragrant aromas of red flowers, roses and juicy wild strawberries, which invigorate the mind and increase the anticipation of the first sip. The palate has a soft, round and fruity character, which is accompanied by a pleasant freshness. The Rosato del Salento is characterized by its palatability and balance, which make it an ideal companion for summer moments of pleasure.
This wine is vinified in steel tanks to best preserve its freshness and fruitiness and to optimally express the terroir of the Salento region in Apulia. With its distinctive features, Rosato del Salento is a perfect example of artisanal winemaking and the unique grape varieties that this sun-drenched region has to offer.
