Caroline 2022 from Weingut Pranzegg is a lively white wine cuvée made from Chardonnay (35%), Sauvignon Blanc (35%), Viognier (15%) and Manzoni Bianco (15%). Chardonnay gives the wine richness and elegance, while Sauvignon Blanc provides fresh, floral notes and lively acidity. Viognier adds exotic fruit aromas and rich texture, and Manzoni Bianco complements the wine with subtle spicy and citrus notes. This careful selection of grape varieties creates a balanced and aromatic cuvée that impresses with its complexity and finesse.

The grapes for Caroline grow on clay-sandy soils of volcanic origin, rich in quartzite slate, in the wine-growing zone around the Bolzano valley basin. The Mediterranean climate, with its warm days and cool nights, promotes the development of intense aromas and a balanced acid structure.
