The Unterthurner Grappa Tyrol 36 Riserva 42° is a premium grappa from South Tyrol, made from 100 % Vernatsch pomace sourced from the surrounding vineyards. After careful distillation, the grappa ages for at least three years in oak and barrique barrels, developing its characteristic amber color and complex aroma profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied with notes of dried fruits, roasted nuts, and a hint of vanilla. The finish is long and lingering. Ideal as a digestif or paired with hearty dishes.
