The Caserecci all’Olio from Artigrano are a handcrafted pasta from Southern Italy, renowned for their special recipe. Made from premium durum wheat semolina and refined with fine olive oil, the Caserecci acquire their golden colour and pleasantly aromatic flavour. The dough is processed slowly and dried at low temperatures, preserving its rough surface – ideal for sauces to cling to. With their typical slightly twisted shape, the Caserecci all’Olio are perfectly suited to classic tomato sauces and pestos as well as creamy vegetable or meat-based sauces.
