The Sauvignon DOC 800 m 2023 from Thurnhof is an expressive Sauvignon Blanc from South Tyrol, grown at about 800 meters above sea level. This high-altitude site with porphyry and moraine soils imparts remarkable freshness and finesse. Vinified in stainless steel, it retains the varietal typicity of Sauvignon Blanc. In the glass, it shines with bright straw yellow. On the nose, aromas of elderflower, gooseberry, citrus, and tropical fruits unfold, complemented by fine mineral tones. On the palate, the wine is juicy, vibrant, and structured, with elegant acidity and a long, clean finish.
