The Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG Bossona 2018 from Dei shows a deep ruby-red color with garnet highlights. The bouquet is intense and layered, marked by ripe cherries, dark berries, violets, and fine spice notes, complemented by hints of leather and tobacco. On the palate, it is powerful, harmonious, and elegant, with a perfect balance of structure, acidity, and velvety tannins. The long, complex finish underscores the exceptional quality of this wine.
Made from 100% Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), grown in the Bossona vineyard on unique soils rich in fossils. As a Riserva, it matures for at least 36 months, much of it in large oak casks, gaining additional depth, elegance, and ageing potential. The 2018 vintage, marked by warm weather, resulted in concentrated aromas and excellent ripeness.
