Extraordinary formats

Der Weinhof Armin Kobler, tief verwurzelt in der Südtiroler Weinbautradition, steht für eine langjährige Familienhistorie und innovatives Weinbauhandwerk.

Gegründet in den 1950er Jahren von Erich Kobler, umfasst der Betrieb heute sowohl Obstwiesen in Kurtatsch als auch Weingärten in Margreid. Der Ogeaner, der älteste Weingarten des Hofes, wurde bereits 1958 erworben und war schon damals zur Hälfte mit Chardonnay-Reben bepflanzt. Über die Jahre hinweg erweiterte die Familie Kobler ihren Besitz um weitere wichtige Lagen wie die Lage Klausner, die 1972 erworben wurde und auf der Grauer Burgunder, Merlot und Carmenère gedeihen. Die Lage Kotzner kam 1993 dazu und erlebte eine Umveredelung der ursprünglichen Vernatschreben zu Merlot. Weiterhin wurde die Vielfalt der angebauten Rebsorten durch die Neuanpflanzungen von Cabernet Franc im Jahr 2001 in der Lage Puit und Grauem Burgunder im Oberfeld im Jahr 2002 verstärkt. Die jüngsten Ergänzungen im Rebsortenportfolio sind die Gewürztraminer-Reben, gepflanzt 2004, welche eine ältere Anlage von 1973 ersetzen. Diese Neuausrichtung spiegelt das Bestreben der Familie wider, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und die Qualität ihrer Weine zu steigern. Die Kombination aus traditionellem Wissen und modernen Anbaumethoden macht den Weinhof Armin Kobler zu einem herausragenden Vertreter der Südtiroler Weinbranche, dessen Produkte weit über die regionalen Grenzen hinaus Anerkennung finden.
