Parlein Brut DOP BIO from Arunda is an outstanding sparkling wine that is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. This certified organic wine is made from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes. On the nose, Parlein Brut presents a rich, fruity bouquet that impresses with its versatility. Notes of green apples and citrus fruits dominate, accompanied by subtle floral accents. Its color is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, which provide additional freshness and brilliance.
On the palate, the wine is lively and refreshing, with an elegant and long-lasting perlage. The taste is broad and balanced, with a fine acidity that harmonizes perfectly with the fruity aromas. The subtle dosage of 6 g/l gives it a pleasant dryness and ensures a long-lasting, pleasant finish.
