The Plun – Grappa Gewürztraminer 42 % – 0.5 l is a high-quality pomace brandy made from 100 % Gewürztraminer pomace, produced at the Zu Plun distillery in Termeno, South Tyrol. The distillation takes place in a copper pot still using the discontinuous method, preserving the characteristic aromas of the grapes. The grappa is crystal clear and unfolds a fruity-floral bouquet with floral notes reminiscent of Gewürztraminer. On the palate, it is full-bodied with fruity tones and a smooth, lingering finish. This grappa is excellent as a digestif or paired with fine desserts.
