The wine displays a pale straw-yellow hue with subtle golden highlights and a finely persistent bead of bubbles. Complex and refined – floral hints at first, followed by yellow stone fruits, light crust of freshly-baked bread and delicate yeast undertones. Freshness and minerality, with sweet notes and silky flavours plus a hint of gentle toasting. On the palate it is both structured and elegant: crisp acidity, silky texture, mineral backbone and a long finish, with almond and brioche-like notes. The mousse is delicate, supporting the overall harmony and finesse.
