The wine displays a deep ruby red hue, evolving into garnet edges as it ages. A highly complex nose with ripe cherry and plum, intertwined with licorice, cocoa, vanilla and hints of dark chocolate, underpinned by spice and balsamic notes. Full-bodied and multi-layered, with refined tannins, concentrated fruit and elegant structure. Flavours of dark berries, dried fruit, spice and a subtle mineral edge lead into a long finish.
