The Sisyphos IGT – 2024 from Kollerhof is a distinctive white wine made from 100 % Solaris, a fungus-resistant variety perfectly suited to the alpine climate of South Tyrol. The vines thrive at around 1 200 m elevation in sunny sites, giving the wine its unmistakable freshness and clarity. After a ten-hour cold maceration, it matures on fine lees in stainless steel, developing structure, body, and aromatic intensity. In the glass, it appears pale straw yellow. The nose reveals elegant floral notes and delicate elderflower aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured yet remains fresh and lively.
