The finish is long, with chalky nuances and a delicate bitterness of citrus zest – overall soft and refined, in perfect balance. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, a grape known for its freshness, vibrant acidity, and citrus and mineral notes, this Sancerre is characterized by the pronounced minerality imparted by the region’s chalky soils.
