The Plun – Williams 42° is a premium fruit brandy from South Tyrol, produced by the Distilleria Zu Plun. Only fully ripe Williams Christ pears from the Burggrafenamt and the lower Vinschgau are used. The pears are hand-stemmed and immediately mashed to preserve their fruity aromas. Each bottle contains the distillate of over 8 kg of pear mash.
Visually, the Williams brandy is crystal clear and colorless. On the nose, it reveals an intense, pure pear aroma reminiscent of freshly cut Williams Christ pears. On the palate, it is clear, harmonious, and mild, with pronounced fruitiness and a pleasant, slightly nutty note in the finish. The long, characteristic aftertaste completes the tasting experience.
This Williams brandy is excellent as a digestif after a fine meal or as a refined gift for connoisseurs. Its high quality and artisanal production make it a special drop from South Tyrol.
