The Klet Brda Ribolla Gialla 2018 shows a clear, straw-yellow hue with slight greenish reflections — typical for the indigenous grape variety Ribolla Gialla (known as “Rebula” in Slovenian) from the Brda / Collio area. On the nose, the wine reveals a fresh, delicate bouquet with floral and fruity notes: white blossoms, yellow apple, citrus and occasionally gentle hints of peach or pear — a vibrant, inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, it is dry, with bright acidity and a light, lean body. The fruity aromas continue — citrus, apple or light stone fruit — supported by a subtle mineral undertone and elegant structure, giving the wine a clean and agreeable drinking flow. Thanks to its freshness and lively acidity, this wine works excellently as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as seafood, white fish, fresh salads or vegetable-based meals. Its lean, vibrant style makes it a great wine for easy, enjoyable drinking.
