The “La Regina Nascetta” from Braida is an elegant white wine crafted from the rare native Piedmontese grape Nascetta. With its straw-yellow colour and golden highlights, it opens with an expressive aromatic profile of citrus fruits, apple and pear, enriched by acacia blossoms and fresh vegetal notes. Over time, exotic fruit nuances emerge, along with hints of hay and straw and a pronounced mineral character. On the palate, the wine is fresh, lively and well balanced, with a fine acidity, pleasant sapidity and a long, saline-mineral finish. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with raw fish, white meats, or mild cheeses. Serve chilled at 10–12 °C.
