The “Cuvée Weiss IGT Eart - 2020" from Bergmannhof, an exquisite blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Manzoni Bianco, embodies the best of South Tyrol's Überetsch region. This wine is characterized by its brilliant straw-yellow color and its vivid, clear reflections. On the nose, it develops a complex range of aromas: tropical fruits of Chardonnay, crisp citrus notes of Sauvignon Blanc and floral and lychee-like nuances of Manzoni Bianco, a cross of Riesling and Pinot Blanc

In terms of taste, the wine offers a harmonious balance between fruitiness and freshness, with a long-lasting, elegant finish. The vines, grown in Guyot farming, grow on the limestone gravel soils of the Bergmannhof, which gives the wine its distinctive minerality and structure.

The Bergmannhof, which has been run by the Pichler family for over a century, places great value on sustainable management and careful craftsmanship. This philosophy is reflected in every sip of this wine, which symbolizes both the tradition and the modern quest for quality and environmental awareness of the winery.
