In the glass this white wine shows a clear, pale straw-yellow hue with subtle green reflections, indicating fine structure and elegant maturity. The bouquet is multi-layered: ripe mango and honeydew melon are complemented by hazelnut, vanilla and light toasty notes from barrique ageing. On the palate it is both elegant and powerful: a well-balanced acidity gives freshness, while its full body and density provide depth and a long finish that carries mineral and gentle oak hints.
