In the glass the Castelfeder – Chardonnay Riserva Kreuzweg 2020 displays a bright straw yellow hue with subtle golden reflections. The nose reveals mineral tones of flint and limestone gravel, alongside green apple, gooseberry, hazelnut and a hint of lemongrass. On the palate the wine is elegant and rich: full-bodied yet refined, with well-integrated oak, vibrant acidity, lightly perceptible phenolics and outstanding length. A layered, terroir-driven white wine of fine structure and finesse.
