The bouquet offers balanced aromas of ripe yellow apple, pear and subtle floral hints, complemented by a whisper of banana and gentle toast from wood aging. On the palate it is full-bodied yet elegant, with well-honed acidity, a salty trace and mountain-mineral backbone – the oak influence adds depth and sophistication.
