The „Selva della Tesa“ 2019 from Ca’ del Bosco appears in the glass with a bright pale gold colour and subtle green reflections, signalling its freshness and finesse. On the nose it reveals aromas of ripe yellow apple, white peach and delicate vanilla, accompanied by a hint of hazelnut – a sign of refined oak ageing. On the palate it is full-bodied and layered, offering a refined structure, seamlessly integrated acidity and a light mineral freshness. The finish is long and leaves a lasting impression of perfect balance between mature fruit and elegant wood.
