On the nose it presents delicate floral notes of chamomile and mint, followed by lush tropical fruit aromas – mango and banana – and subtle roasted almond and hazelnut tones. On the palate it demonstrates clear Alpine freshness, a distinct salty-mineral backbone, ripe exotic fruit flavors such as melon and banana, underlined by a refined nutty finish and long persistence.
