The 2022 vintage of the Nova Domus Riserva DOC Alto Adige from Cantina Terlan shows a fresh, light yellow colour with subtle green hues in the glass – an indication of its refined nature. On the nose the wine offers a multifaceted aroma profile: apricot, mandarin, honeydew melon and passion fruit are complemented by herbal hints of mint, sage and anise, underpinned by a pronounced salty-mineral note. On the palate it is complex and well-structured: creamy texture meets a firm and lively mineral backbone, the body is defined yet elegant, the acidity lively and the finish long and persistent – overall a wine of considerable depth and character.
