In the glass the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2010 displays a bright golden‑yellow hue, enriched by an extraordinarily fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there is a rich and layered bouquet: apricot and exotic fruit merge with refined scents of white chocolate, dried fruit, marzipan, pastry cream and light toasted tones. On the palate it offers an intense yet harmoniously balanced texture: creamy and elegant, with superb depth, and a remarkably long finish presenting honeyed, exotic fruit and nutty nuances.
