Visually this vintage displays a bright golden yellow colour, accompanied by an exceptionally fine and persistent mousse – a hallmark of careful ageing. On the nose it reveals elegant complexity: ripe yellow fruits, subtle toasted almonds, hints of brioche or bread crust, and a refined mineral‑toasted undercurrent. On the palate it is full‑bodied yet fresh: a velvety entry followed by citrus and fruit nuances, supported by mineral tension and a well‑balanced structure, culminating in a long, elegant and slightly spicy finish.
