In the glass, this sparkling wine shows a graceful old‑rose hue, paired with very fine, persistent bubbles that highlight its elegance. On the nose, it reveals an intense and elegant bouquet, dominated by ripe berry notes – raspberries, wild strawberries, currants – complemented by hints of orange peel, rose flower and delicate pastry or brioche impressions. On the palate, the wine is robust yet velvety, with a clear structure that emphasizes the typical character of Pinot Noir. Accompanying this are subtle spice notes, sweet almond and yeast aromas, and a long, harmonious finish.
