The Bellavista Franciacorta Satén DOCG 2019 pours into the glass a bright straw-yellow hue with subtle gold highlights. The mousse is exceptionally fine and persistent, lending the sparkling wine a graceful elegance. On the nose, it offers a refined bouquet of white blossoms, ripe citrus fruits, white peach and almond, with delicate hints of toasted bread crust from extended lees ageing. On the palate it presents a well-balanced profile: silky texture, harmonious freshness and understated minerality. The body is layered and supple, finish is clean but lasting, reflecting the signature smoothness of the Satén style.
