On the nose it offers a complex, layered bouquet: beginning with candied citrus peel and ripe fruit, then evolving into delicate hints of dried fruit and spice. On the palate the sparkling wine is both enveloping and vibrant, featuring crisp acidity and an underlying savoury note. The fine effervescence orchestrates the aromatic flow between bright fruitiness and indulgent pastry‑like qualities.
