The Contratto Millesimato Pas Dosé Alta Langa 2020 appears in the glass with a bright straw to pale gold hue, accompanied by fine rippling bubbles that signal elegance and maturity. On the nose, subtle brioche and fresh yeast aromas lead into green apple and citrus fruit notes, underscored by a hint of toasted almond and a pronounced terroir-driven minerality. On the palate the wine is dry and precise, with a creamy texture: flavours of candied peach and baked lemon interplay with vivid acidity and a clean, salty-mineral finish, giving structure and a long, refined finish.
