This white wine displays a pale yellow colour with subtle green hues. On the nose, it reveals fresh citrus aromas — grapefruit and citrus peel — complemented by delicate white flowers and a hint of star anise. With time in the glass, more complex notes of stone fruit such as peach, apricot and nectarine emerge, alongside a flinty mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine is lively and well-structured, with a refined texture. The entry is fresh and dynamic, leading to a medium- to full-bodied body with a smooth, silky mouthfeel. The acidity is finely balanced, while the finish provides a long, mineral-saline persistence. An elegant, layered white wine combining fruit, floral and mineral elements — an excellent match for seafood, grilled fish, poultry or refined vegetarian dishes.
