In the glass the Blanc de Noir Wunder 2024 from Ansitz Waldgries offers a pale straw-yellow hue with faint pink undertones – reflecting the rosé-style white vinification of red grapes. On the nose it is vivid and expressive: redcurrant, raspberry and wild strawberry weave with vineyard-peach notes, enriched by a subtle almond tone and delicate Burgundy-style spice. On the palate the wine is precise and well-balanced: chalky acidity unfolds into a juicy extract, framed by clear minerality. The finish is elegant and refined – a distinctive white with alpine character, combining freshness and depth.
