The organic white wine “Incanto Mediterraneo” IGT Toscana 2024 from Tenuta Casadei shows a bright straw-yellow colour with faint green reflections, hinting at its vibrant character. On the nose there are lively aromas of exotic fruit and yellow-pulp fruit – think ripe peach, pineapple and mango – complemented by fresh citrus and delicate herbal undertones. On the palate it is round and well-structured: a pleasant creaminess meets a lively acidity that gives freshness. The mid-length finish is marked by subtle salinity and fine minerality, concluding with elegance and refinement.
