In the glass the Vigna Au Chardonnay Riserva 2021 from Tiefenbrunner reveals a crystal-clear, deeper straw yellow tone – elegant and inviting. On the nose it begins with remarkable minerality – flint and walnut – and then evolves into a rich bouquet of yellow blossoms and exotic fruit such as yellow peach and pineapple. On the palate it is full-bodied and juicy, supported by crisp acidity and fine tannins; the mineral character carries through into a long, harmonious finish.
