On the nose the Terra Costantino – Etna Bianco DOC “De Aetna” 2024 releases a rich bouquet: lemon peel and lime, Mediterranean herbs and a whisper of smoky minerality — a true expression of its volcanic origin. On the palate it delivers a beautifully balanced interplay of lively acidity, crystalline minerality and a subtle bitter-tinged finish, complemented by hints of candied citrus, angelica and pine kernels. The finish is long, bright and leaves a delicate texture behind — making it an excellent companion to refined fish and vegetable dishes or as an elegant aperitif.
