Visually it displays a bright straw-yellow hue with an exceptionally fine and persistent mousse. On the nose there are aromas of white blossoms, citrus fruits and ripe yellow-pulp fruit, along with subtle mineral notes. On the palate the wine is refined and lively: clean fruit, mineral crispness, sleek texture and a long, elegant finish that lingers.
