The “Sarnin-Berrux Chablis 2022” shows a pale, slightly green-tinged golden hue. On the nose it reveals delicate and clean aromas — green apple, citrus fruits (notably lime or lemon) and white flowers — underlined by a distinct mineral, saline, slightly iodine-tinged nuance. On the palate the wine is vibrant and fresh, with precise minerality, a slender structure and a fine, saline finish of good persistence.
