The Castelfeder Chardonnay Riserva “Burgum Novum” 2021 greets the eye with a bright straw-yellow hue with fine golden highlights. On the nose it reveals an elegant bouquet of ripe yellow stone fruit, subtle tropical hints, vanilla and a touch of jasmine. On the palate it is full-bodied and well-structured: crisp fruit (such as apple and banana), nutty notes of hazelnut and almond, clear minerality and a well-balanced acidity. The finish is long and refined, leaving a lasting impression of depth and elegance – a white wine with genuine presence.
