Chateau Phelan Segur
Château Phélan Ségur, a historic winery in the heart of the Saint-Estèphe appellation in Médoc, Bordeaux, was founded at the beginning of the 19th century by Bernard Phélan, an Irish wine exporter. The winery is located in the renowned Haut-Médoc wine-growing region and comprises around 70 hectares of vineyards that thrive on gravel and clay soils.
The château has been owned by the Belgian Gardinier family since 2018 and is managed by Véronique Dausse, who is known for her innovative approach and commitment to quality. The winery's philosophy is based on sustainable viticulture and the integration of modern techniques to express the best qualities of the terroir.
