Domaine La Mereuille is located in the heart of the famous Rhône Valley wine region, more specifically in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape sub-region. Over the years, this winery has earned a reputation for its outstanding wines. Founded in the early 1900s, it is now run by the Granget family, who have worked in winemaking for generations. Châteauneuf-du-Pape is known for its stony soils, the so-called “galets roulés”, which store the heat of the day and release it again at night. This creates optimal conditions for the vines to grow.

A special feature of Domaine La Mereuille is the sustainable and respectful treatment of nature. The Granget family uses traditional winemaking methods combined with modern techniques to maximize the quality of their wines. The vineyards are cultivated without the use of chemical herbicides and great emphasis is placed on maintaining soil fertility.

The estate's well-known wines include Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge and Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc. These wines are characterized by their complexity, depth and elegance. The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge is made primarily from grenache, syrah and mourvèdre and offers aromas of dark fruits, spices and herbs. The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, which is produced less frequently, impresses with its fresh and floral notes combined with impressive minerality.
