San Simone
San Simone, a traditional winery, was founded in 1915 by Gino Brisotto and has produced four generations of winemakers since then. It is located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, specifically in the Grave del Friuli sub-region. Today, the winery is managed by Anna, Antonio, Chiara and Gino, the founder's great-grandchildren. Her passion for viticulture is reflected in every aspect of her work. San Simone is close to Porcia and Prata di Pordenone, an area known for its ideal conditions for viticulture.
The winery benefits from the gravelly, well-drained soils and the mild climate, which is influenced by the proximity to the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. A special feature of the San Simone winery is the combination of traditional knowledge and modern technology.
