Garlider

The Garlider winery is located in the picturesque region of South Tyrol, more specifically in the Eisack Valley. This area is known for its steep slopes and unique microclimate, which offers ideal conditions for viticulture. The winery itself has a long history dating back to the early years of the 20th century, when the Kerschbaumer family began growing wine in this region. Today, the winery is run by Christian Kerschbaumer, who continues his family's traditions while introducing innovative techniques. The Kerschbaumer family is deeply rooted in the region and has a significant influence on wine-growing culture in the Eisack Valley.

Biodynamic farming is a special feature of the Garlider winery. Christian Kerschbaumer attaches great importance to sustainability and natural methods to maximize the quality of his wines. The vineyards are cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, which results in a particularly pure and expressive taste. The most famous wines from the winery include Sylvaner and Grüner Veltliner. These white wines are known for their freshness, minerality and complexity and have earned a firm place in upscale gastronomy. Garlider Pinot Noir is also highly regarded and is a prime example of red wines from
the Eisack Valley.
