The northernmost wine cellar in Italy.

The Santerhof in Mühlbach, known as the northernmost wine cellar in Italy, is a stronghold of organic viticulture in the Eisack Valley. Since its founding in 1996, the farm, led by the Gasser family, has dedicated itself to producing quality wines through natural farming methods. The Santerhof is characterized by organic farming and careful use of nature, with a focus on avoiding chemical plant protection products.

The Santerhof wine range includes both red and white wines and even sweet wine, all made from organically grown grapes. The philosophy of the winery is reflected in every bottle, with particular emphasis on the purity of taste and the expressiveness of the terroir. The wines are characterized by their fruity aromas and structured complexity, which are the result of careful care of the vines and precise cellar management.
