Braunbach Winery
The Braunbach winery, founded in 1991 by Hans Kleon, a pioneer in South Tyrolean wine and sparkling wine production, today stands for exquisite sparkling wine as well as excellent white and red wines. The winery is located in the renovated cellars of the Teutonic Order in Siebeneich, an idyllic location in South Tyrol. This area provides the ideal backdrop for producing high-quality wines and sparkling wines.
The vineyards of Von Braunbach stretch along the gentle sunny slopes west of Bolzano. The winery benefits from this privileged location, which was owned by the Bishop of Brixen until the 12th century. The former monastery, which was handed over to the Teutonic Order, is now home to a first-class wine cellar. This historic site offers the perfect balance between growth and maturity, which is reflected in the quality of the wines produced.
