Manincor
The Manincor winery, founded in 1608, is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in South Tyrol. It is located in Überetsch on the South Tyrolean Wine Route. The winery is owned by the noble Enzenberg family, who have been carrying on the heritage with passion and dedication since 1978. Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg, the current owner, focuses on sustainable viticulture and innovative techniques to constantly improve the quality of the wines.
Manincor is characterized by its particular philosophy, which is based on biodynamics and organic viticulture. The vineyards are cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, completely avoiding the use of chemical agents. This is reflected in the purity and authenticity of the wines.
