Tröpfltalhof

The Tröpfltalhof organic wine farm, managed by Andreas, stands for respectful treatment of nature and a deep connection to viticulture. For over 30 years, Andreas has been accompanying the grapes from vine to bottle and strives to produce wines that are both energetic and authentic. The farm underlines the importance of giving nature space to tell its own story through wine.

The cultivated areas cover less than three hectares and are located in three different micro-locations, each offering unique conditions. This diversity is reflected in the farm's wines, which are harvested by hand and farmed biodynamically. This holistic approach is also continued in the cellar, where minimalistic methods are used to obtain the purest form of wine. No corrective measures are used and nothing is added to the wine that is not already naturally present.

For vinification, the organic winery uses clay amphoras and wooden barrels of various sizes to best support the individual characters of the wines. The Tröpfltalhof is proud of its Demeter certification, but sees it only as a starting point for continuous quality and sustainability in wine production.
