Duemani

Duemani, a winery on the Tuscan coast between Castellina Marittima and Riparbella, was founded in 2000 by Elena Celli and Luca D'Attoma. The vision was to produce biodynamically managed wines on this rough and rocky land. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 to 300 meters and are surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs. The climate and soil, rich in clay and stones, are ideal for the estate's preferred grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot.

Since the beginning, Duemani has pursued biodynamic agriculture in order to respect and preserve the environment. All work in the vineyard is done manually to maximize the quality of the grapes. The winery produces around 45,000 bottles a year and is both BioAgriCert and Demeter certified. Duemani wines are characterized by clear and direct aromas that reflect the characteristics of the respective grape varieties.

The most famous wines include “CiFRA”, a pure Cabernet Franc that is fermented in cement tanks and aged in amphoras, and “Altrovino”, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, which is aged in large oak barrels.
