Crafting Iconic Wines in the Heart of Apalta Valley.

Casa Lapostolle is one of Chile’s most renowned wineries, founded in 1994 by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournet. Their vision was to bring together the French winemaking heritage of the Marnier Lapostolle family with Chile’s exceptional terroirs. The estate is located in the Apalta Valley in the Colchagua Valley, one of South America’s most prestigious wine regions. On around 370 hectares of vineyards, Casa Lapostolle crafts elegant wines that blend French expertise with Chile’s diverse soils and ideal climate. 

From the very beginning, the winery has embraced a philosophy of sustainability and organic viticulture. The wines are known for their balance, depth and remarkable ageing potential. In particular, the red wines have gained international acclaim and consistently receive top ratings. 

Among the flagship wines are Clos Apalta, the iconic cuvée of the estate, renowned for its depth and elegance; Le Petit Clos, the second wine, approachable and earlier drinking; and Clos du Lican, a bold Syrah that beautifully reflects the character of the Apalta Valley.
